The Records Management Office is managed by Debbie Blury. Debbie started with ASD in October 2008 bringing 8 years of experience to the Anchorage School District.
The Anchorage School District Records Office (RMO) is responsible for the retention of district records and facilitating the inventory, transfer, storage, retrieval and destruction of district records according to retention schedules.

Student Records
One of the major responsibilities for the RMO is completing Student Records Requests and preparing Cumulative Student Record Files for digital archiving. RMO staff inventory and store student records consistent with district, state, and federal policy and regulations.

Information Support Center (ISC)
A second major responsibility for the RMO office is to provide support to school-based users for student information systems and business systems, including Purchasing, Accounting, Budget, and Payroll applications. ISC staff provide technical problem solving through phone support to end users, publish user operational manuals, develop and teach application specific classes as well as collect and document needed enhancements for the student information system applications. ISC staff also provide the first level of user testing for new changes, updates and enhancements to district deployed applications. They also have responsibilities to produce district reports to meet established federal, State, and local reporting requirements.

The RMO is supported by an Administrative Assistant who is responsible for daily business operations for the RMO as well as Application Programming and Support, Network, Microsystems, Communications, and Systems Programming and Operations.
