Career Ready 101 is a web-based curriculum to help students develop workforce readiness skills and to prepare them for the WorkKeys assessment which is now mandatory for every 11th grader in the state. All of the material is presented in the context of a workplace environment. The pre-WorkKeys modules provide instruction in very basic reading, writing and math skills.

Logging in
User accounts have been created for every student (and teacher) in grades 7-12. Classroom teachers may assign modules, or students may self select the modules of interest.

Students may login using their ASD username and password.

SOAR provides skill building materials in reading, writing and math for students in grades 1-12. Compliments of the U.S. Dept. of Defense, every student in the Anchorage School District has access to SOAR. It is not intended as a classroom teaching tool. Rather, it is a student/parent driven resource available for home use. Parents self-register on the site, then create/monitor user accounts for their children.
