Adapted Physical Education (APE)
Staff
The Anchorage School District Adapted Physical Education Department
staffs nine certified and one paraprofessional (teaching assistant)
that serve over ninety schools and over four hundred students.
The staff bring with them diversified areas of expertise and skills,
putting together a diverse program to meet the
physical education needs of students with special
needs.
