- It is a two-year program for ASD teachers interested in getting a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and already has a Masters in a different area. A person who doesn't have a Masters Degree can be a cohort member but will have to take a couple of extra courses to satisfy the UAA requirements.
- A course will be offered every semester including two summers. The second year of the program participants will be doing their UAA internship and be a part of the ASD DEEL II program at the same time. The DEEL II internship hours will count towards the UAA internship hours.
- All participants will go through the entire two-year program together as a group. The classes are taught in a face-to-face manner and not on-line. Interested individuals must apply for acceptance into the cohort program.
