Employee Assistance Program

The District contracts with Magellan Behavioral Health to provide an Employee Assistance Program. Confidential counseling services to help resolve personal concerns are available 24 hours a day at no charge. Services are available for both employee and dependents.

Among other concerns, you can get help with family/parenting issues, marital or relationship problems, anxiety or depression, work stress, grief, alcohol or drug abuse and coping with change. These are just a few concerns addressed by Magellan's licensed counselors; you are encouraged to access your EAP for any personal stress. EAP benefits

ASD classified and certified employees who are not covered by the NEA health plan are eligible for 1-3 sessions per issue.

Resources to cope with the financial crisis
