Debbie is an award winning educator, an author, a humorist, a storyteller, and a true friend of middle level education. Join us for two days as we try to accomplish the following:

1. Finding your own management style keeping practices consistent with your goals
2. Discussing proactive measures to limit disruptive behavior
3. Troubleshooting problem areas
4. Analyzing student motivation (extrinsic versus intrinsic rewards)
5. Examining stress management techniques for middle school teachers
