Summer Reading Lists

Often students, parents, and teachers ask about recommended reading for the summer. Providing one definitive list would be nearly impossible. After all, choosing the right book for a particular reader involves a lot of factors. Use the following Web sites as a starting point to help bring summer reading suggestions to your students.

Winter Break Reading Challenge

Don't let your students' brains go to mush during winter vacation…dare them to accept the winter break reading challenge!  They'll have fun and expand their medulla oblongata at the same time! Thanks go to Staci Cox, the librarian at Clark for this great idea.

Take the challenge!
