Release and Disclosure of Directory Information
Parents and students 18 or over, have the right to request that student directory information is not released to military recruiters and others. Complete a release and disclosure of directory information form and give it to a principal or school administrator. If there are no objections to the release of directory information, no action needs to be taken. Please note: This form, requesting that the student’s private information not be released, must be renewed annually.
