Open enrollment 2017/2018
Open Enrollment for the Fiscal Year 2017/2018 will begin May 1.
District covered employees (ACE, APA, Exempt, Food Services, Maintenance, Non-Represented and Totem) must use the Aetna Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal to make their medical and dental/vision plan elections beginning May 1.
All employees can visit the Benefits Department for changes to supplemental life, dependent life, flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts during open enrollment.
