SIXTH AND SEVENTH GRADE PE AND GREAT BODY SHOP

Class Introduction:

Sixth and seventh grade physical education focuses on exploring many physical acitvities and learning the procedures of secondary physical education which differs from elementary PE. The Great Body Shop (GBS) is a district health program which focuses on using thinking skills to help improve their health. These skills include predicting consequences, comparing and contrasting, decision making and goal setting. We are teaching GBS on Fridays and Mondays.
