Requirements of Peer Tutors:

Readings

There will be general information about the disability of a special needs student as specifically relating to physical education.*  The readings will be as follows:

*Readings will be determined after students are paired with “buddy”, so the readings will be specific to the needs of the student.

Adaptations

Two written adaptations of a sports / fitness activity

Evaluations

Mid-term written exam

Final written exam

Self and course evaluation

Criteria for Grading

75% participation and attendance

20% written exam

5% self evaluation
