My name is Dawnyale Bolds and I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. I am a Black American with African, White and Indian ancestors. I love learning about my heritage and discovering new things about my family tree. I live in Anchorage with my husband of 18 years and my three children. I love to read, eat, travel and shop. I‘ve been with the district since October 2008 and I’ve been working with young people for 16 years and I find fulfillment in helping them realize their potential and tap into their inner strengths.
