To provide students, staff, and community members with information and training on the Resolving Conflicts Creatively Program (RCCP) efforts in the Anchorage School District . RCCP provides students and staff with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage, intervene and mediate in their own behavior and conflicts, appreciate diversity and respect individuality. It also teaches students to help mediate peer's conflicts in an effort to arrive at a compromise acceptable to all parties involved.
