ASD Science Curriculum Assessment
ASD Science believes that assessment needs to be thoughtfully planned in advance to align with specific science content goals built into science units and incorporate frequent formative assessment to guide instructional choices and meaningful and performance based summative assessment. The ASD Science program provides curriculum support documents including an Assessment Map, Rubrics, and Performance Tasks.
Some Sample Assessment Tasks may be found at http://asdsbar.wikispaces.com. If you have additional sample tasks you would like to contribute to a district library, please contact the STEM department!
