Online course change proposals

District ConnectionFor curriculum principals, managing courses is easier than ever, thanks to the Course Change Proposal application that is now part of the ASD intranet. This online form allows you to submit requests for course title changes, for changes to an existing course description, for adding software to an existing course, and for adding a pilot course or program.

Accessing the online form is easy:

  • Go to home.asdk12.org and log in.
    OR
    Click the "District Connection" link on the ASD home page and log in.

  • Once you are logged in, look under "Your Applications" and click on "Course Proposal Changes." This is the same area where you find the evaluation forms, etc.

  • Click "New request."

  • From the drop-down menu, choose "Add new/pilot course" and click continue.

  • This will bring up the electronic form that needs to be completed.  You can scroll to the bottom of the screen, choose "Save a draft" from the drop-down menu, and click "Save" to save your work at any time.

  • Once it is finished, you may submit the form by choosing "Save and Submit" and the clicking "Save."

  • Once your form has been submitted, you may log back in at any time to check the status of your request.
