Rentals
Rentals is responsible for coordinating both
district and public use of school district facilities. This includes
the management and scheduling of auditoriums at Bartlett, Chugiak,
Dimond, East, South and West High
Schools. ASD has provided facilities for over 1,000 school, community,
and cultural organizations
as well as recreational activities. The
primary
user groups include
the Municipality of Anchorage Parks and Recreation Department, University
of Alaska-Anchorage, and a number of community groups
such as YMCA, Campfire,
Anchorage Youth Soccer Association, Anchorage Chinese School, Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts and Girl
Scouts, Community
Councils and PTA Councils.
The district's recreation
facilities are consistently scheduled to capacity.

Rentals is committed to supporting
the activities in your school program. We are located on the 1st floor
of the ASD Education Center at 5530 E Northern Lights Blvd. in Anchorage. We actively solicit your
input regarding ways that we can assist you.
Auditorium Technicians
 The District is fortunate to have an outstanding technical crew who
provide support to groups who use our auditoriums and auditerias. While
their primary focus is on the six large auditoriums, they are available
(as time allows) to support all school sites. Auditorium technicians assist with musicals, dramas and other productions and provide support for all theatre related equipment. Call Rentals
