 This year is my first as the Language Arts Department Chair at Service HS. In addition to department chair, I am also a part-time technology coordinator and teach Advanced Placement Literature and Composition and team teach two sections of Honors English 10 with a social studies teacher, Greg Eschenlohr.
Some of my favorite classic authors include Dante Alighieri, William Shakespeare, Victor Hugo, Edgar Allan Poe, and Nathaniel Hawthorne (short stories only!). My favorite poets include Walt Whitman, William Blake, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, John Keats, Emily Dickinson, and T.S. Eliot. Some of my current favorites include Toni Morrison, Mitch Albom, and Dan Brown.
