Q. How do I modify an Everybody/Fiction Shelf List report?

A. Currently sites have an Everybody and or Fiction shelf list located in Scheduled New Reports, Templates tab. Click on the report to highlight the report. On the bottom of the Templates tab are buttons, click Modify.

A. Scheduled New Reports has a User tab. In the list of reports under the User tab is a List user report. Select the report and modify.

A. Libasst or Localtech

Users that use web mail because they are logged in as Libasst or Localtech can not submit the LR Adobe help ticket form by the submit button

The Adobe form is locked so the form can not be saved or copied

A WORD LR help ticket Word will have to be attached in an email.

Q. How to create a New Report

A. The new report is selected from the reports tab, the tabs are subject headings, under the tabs (headings) are reports. The reports can be modified and saved under the templates tab. Every site has templates, if a new report is needed it is generally because of changes to the print tab, it is helpful to review an existing saved report to know what selections to make.

Note: If a tab in the report is not discussed, the tab is untouched and the default settings are acceptable.
