Call Number Printouts as labels for books

When a call number on the MARC record in Workflows is changed by Library Resources, this necessitates the changing of the MARC record and spine label on the books by the owning library.

Schools are notified of call number change by e-mails from Ruth Jean Shaw. The call numbers on these e-mails are formatted so that you can prepare a label. Library Resources highly recommends using Scotch Book Tape (#845) to cover the spine labels.

Example of printout from Library Resources.:

Please change your holdings in Workflows and make a new spine label; advise Ruth Jean Shaw when changes have been done by return e-mail.
