We appreciate any offers of gifts and donations for the library program. This is one way that the community can participate in expanding the scope of our collections. All school librarians are given the opportunity to participate in selecting from the gifts donated.

Materials and Donations the District will accept:
The Anchorage School District will accept donations of money, books that are in good condition, bilingual materials, magazine subscriptions, art work, posters, teaching aids, and such other items that may be useful to the library program.

Materials and Donations the District will not accept:
The library will not accept material that is found to contain mold, mildew, or material deemed unfit by school librarians or the administration.
