Migrant Education Program Services

Summer is a busy time in the Migrant Education Program. For families that are going fishing, we offer life vest check-out (and hope that your children have taken swimming lessons). For preschool through 6th grade students, you may check out book bag activities to use while you are out of town.
Our family literacy activities continue throughout the summer. Check our calendar or look for our mailings.
Summer preschool and kindergarten preparedness classes assist our youngest students to achieve their best and to feel comfortable at school.
High school summer credit recovery and test preparation assistance for the HSGQE (High School Graduation Qualifying Exam) as well as camps, work experiences and internships round out our secondary summer offerings.
We have been fortunate to partner with some of our community's finest summer camps so that our Migrant Education Program students (ages 4-18) can experience a wide variety of unique educational opportunities. Look for our mailing for scholarship information.
