Last year ASD employees gave more than $319,000 to local charities through the Charitable Giving Campaign.
JANUARY
2011 W2 forms will be in the mail by January 31, 2012. Forms will be mailed to the address the employee has on file at the time of mailing. Please make sure the district has your new address. Print copies of the 2011 W2 will be available Feb. 15. A $5.00 copy fee may be applied.
All employees may participate in the Great West 403B Plan retirement account. The IRS announced an increase in limit on these retirement plans in line with the cost of living adjustments. The limits are as follows. Read about plan details and get forms on the 403B page.
Contribution limits:
Under 50 years old - From $16,500 to $17,000
50 years old and above - From $22,000 to $22,500
AEA Medical Employee Contribution of $395 will start being deducted January 2012 and will continue through June 2012.
Timecards for the pay period Jan. 2 - 15 must be approved no later than noon on Jan. 13. Our normal processing time has been decreased due to the Jan. 16 Martin Luther King holiday. Payroll Services will be closed Jan. 16. Read the January memo (PDF).
FEBRUARY
Payroll Services will be closed Feb. 20 for Presidents' Day. To be eligible for the holiday pay, hourly paid employees are required to be in pay status for their regularly scheduled work day, the scheduled work day before the holiday and the scheduled work day after the holiday.
MARCH
Spring Break will be March 12 -16. Timecards for pay period Feb. 27 to March 11 need to be approved no later than noon, on March 9. Pay day for this pay period will be March 16. Pay day for monthly paid staff will be March 15. Read the March memo (PDF).
Totem Spring Conference will be March 12 - 13. Members who choose to attend the conference will be paid at their regular rate for time attending the conference. |
