Fiscal year reminder
All payroll related items for work performed through June 30, 2012 including addendums, ACE overtime sheets, mileage reimbursement forms, etc., must be approved and submitted to Payroll no later than 5 p.m., July 6. Read the memo (PDF).
April
Summer Deadline. Any changes affecting deductions to the July and August summer paychecks for all monthly paid employees must be received in Payroll Services by 5 p.m. on April 20. Any documents received after April 20 will be processed but may not affect all summer checks. Read the March memo (PDF).
To ensure accurate summer mailing, please take a moment to check the address on your April payment and make any necessary changes by April 20.
May
Final delivery of all payroll checks to schools will be May 18. Any check or advice slips that are not picked up by the employee will need to be returned to payroll. Please do not lock up any paycheck/advice slips at the school over the summer break. Read the memo (PDF).
Payroll Services will be closed May 28 for Memorial Day. To be eligible for holiday pay, hourly paid employees are required to be in pay status for their regularly scheduled work day before the holiday and scheduled work day after the holiday. Read the memo (PDF).
June
AEA Cash Out. Teachers will automatically be issued an additional check for accrued personal leave in excess of five days no later than June 29. |
