NECA/IBEW has also assisted as the “go-between” for Municipal Light and Power, the Municipality of Anchorage, Central Lutheran Church, and the Boys and Girls Club to provide a free after school program for our high-need, at-risk neighborhood kids. They were also the driving force behind the SeaTrain participation.
When they became aware that some students may not be able to afford a Denali School t-shirt, they designed and produced a shirt for every child.
Marcus Wilson, Jr. and his teacher,
Mrs. Dawnmarie Riley, enjoy the
Seward Sea Life Center during the
SeaTrain excursion sponsored by
NECA/IBEW for Denali. |

"I have yet to hear the word "no" from NECA/IBEW. Actually, I have, as in “NO problem, we can do it. Thank you, IBEW!"
