Provide in-depth exposure and opportunities to expand their leadership capacity and provide a springboard for an assistant principal assignment. |

DEEL Candidate will
- Attend bi-monthly sessions sponsored by TPD and serve a four-week internship in a district school.
- Maintain a record of completed activities and experiences.
- Write a reflection paper on their internship

Four week substitute coverage for their classroom
