Provide leadership candidates on-site training and exposure to the principalship and what it takes to manage and lead a school. |

DEEL Candidate will
- Work closely with their principal (preferably as teacher-in-charge) to undertake a plethora of additional responsibilities that include curriculum development, leadership, and staff/student/community involvement.
- Attend 2-credit class to expand their leadership capacity. The class will be sponsored through TPD and have experienced administrators sharing their expertise.
- Maintain a record of completed activities and experiences.
