The Executive Directors collaborate with TPD to recommend principals who have three years of experience and have demonstrated success in the areas noted in the State of Alaska Standards for Administrators. |

| Focus: |
Build a cadre of administrators to mentor new principals and assistant principals. To help new-to-district and new-to-position administrators transition into their job, and to further reduce attrition for ASD administrator postitions.

|
| Requirements: |
|
|
- Completion of training and coursework for Mentors.
- Participation in the evaluation of the Mentor Program through completion of surveys.
|
| Compensation: |
Each Mentor will receive a stipend of $100 ASD
|
