The ASD and AEA Mentor Program supports taking your teaching skills to the next level.
The Mentor Program was created by AEA and ASD with you in mind. Its purpose is to give educators:
• release time to observe in exemplary classrooms • opportunity to reflect on classroom practice with trained mentor teachers • coaching in specific skill areas as part of a Plan for Professional Support or a Plan for Improvement • mentor training as a path to professional development and teacher leadership • an opportunity to give back to the profession |
