Welcome to the wonderful world of Astronomy and Physics. I have been teaching at West High School since 2001.

Information about me

I was born in Colorado. I received my BS in Physics from Colorado School of Mines. After that I received my MS in Astrophysics from University of Wyoming. Then I joined the Peace Corps and taught in Vanuatu. When I got back to the US, I taught in Zuni, New Mexico while earning my MA degree in Education. After living in all these hot environments, I needed to get back to colder climates. That is one reason why I came to Alaska.
