The mission of the Educational Technology Department is to support schools in the use of technology as a tool for learning by providing staff development, instructional support, resources, technology planning and opportunities that empower students and staff.

This is my third year with the Educational Technology Department. I was a classroom teacher for many years and have taught in Colorado, Indiana and (of course) Alaska. This is my 14th year with ASD and for 10 of those years I had the opportunity to be a Math and Literacy Support Teacher. I was also my building's Building Tech Contact for 4 years.

I enjoy being part of the Educational Technology Department and am excited about working with your schools this year.
