Welcome to KCC Culinary Arts!
My Name is Chef Jack Nurmi, I am the newest instructor at KCC. Formally the Executive Chef of Sacks Cafe here in anchorage, I bring over 16 years of kitchen experience to the Culinary Arts program.
We have an excellent facility to train students what it means to be a culinarian. It is truly an honor to share our knowledge with our students
Chef Davis and I welcome students willing to work hard and cook for the KCC Cafeteria.
The food prepared by the Culinary students is widely reviewed by students and staff alike as "Awesome"
