Welcome to my web site. The best way to contact me is by email. I check my emails a minimum of three times per day and I will get back to you that day or the next morning at the latest.
My classes consist of Applied Technology, CAD Drafting, and Material Science and Construction. There are several levels of Drafting. We start out the semester with A+ CAD fir design, then into other programs for a variety in Computer Aided Drafting. Students learn how to think and draw as draftspersons. Future jobs available are draftsman, architech, engineer, and construction management. After three semesters of drafting in our classes, the student can apply for four college credits through Tech Prep at the University of Alaska, Anchorage for $25.00 per credit. The grade on the University transcripts will be the grade they earned in this class.
Applied Technology is an introduction class to a wide variety of technology from energy, aviation, rockets, construction, automotive, communications, and many others. A class fee of $10.00 is needed to help pay for some of the projects students complete.
The Materials Science and Construction Class is designed to teach the student about the different phases of residential construction. The phases are carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, site planning, and some foundation requirements. Upon completition of this class, a student can go on to KCC to study the different phases on an advanced level. Material Science and Construction has a fee of $15.00 to pay for materials used in training students how to use the power equipment, plumbing and electrical. If you have any questions, please contact me.
