North Star Neighborhood Preschool Program is for four year olds who live in the North Star Neighborhood boundary. You must have address verification. Applications are screened on a point basis. 16
children are selected. Home visits are required before your child can start. Additional home visits are scheduled throughout the school year. Home visits are an important part of our program as we want
parents involved in their child's educational process.
