As stated in section 841 of School Board Policy, the personal political rights of school employees are set forth in School Board Policies 264.4, 539.5 and 673, as well as in the Municipal Ethics Code Section 1.15.
Unacceptable use is defined to include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Use of District email to engage in political activities such as campaigning on behalf of a candidate, campaigning on behalf of a bond issue or other matter which is coming before
- Use District email to discuss or conduct Union business.
