Creating a Contact

You can use the Entourage address book to store information about all of your contacts. It’s a great way to keep track of names, street addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and more.
 
Once your contacts are stored in Entourage, you can use them to address email messages; create appointments, to-do’s, and groups of contacts; or use them in a variety of ways with the other Microsoft Office applications.
