Adding More Information to a Contact

In addition to using Entourage to store basic information such as phone numbers, street addresses, and email addresses, you can use it to store your contacts’ birthdays, anniversaries, and even their photo. You can also create custom fields to store other information; a contact’s shirt size or favorite food, for example. It’s up to you.
