Storing a lot of information is great, as long as you can access it quickly and easily. In Entourage, every time you select a contact in your address book, you’ll see the contact’s information summarized in the Preview pane of the window. You can use this summary to quickly find the information you’re looking for without having to click through several different views.
From the contact’s Preview pane, you can create and address a new email message, find the contact’s street address on a map, and even magnify the contact’s phone number.
