Using vCards to Share Contact Information

In addition to adding a signature, there is another easy way to send your personal information in an Entourage email message. You can send your information as a single file known as a vCard.

When you attach your vCard to an email message, your recipient simply drags the vCard to his address book to add your information. All your contact information is automatically entered in the recipient’s address book. Try it the next time you receive a vCard!
