Using Reminders to Keep You on Track

Wouldn’t it be helpful to be automatically notified of upcoming calendar events and to-do’s? You can be, with the Office Notifications feature in Entourage. Office Notifications is an application that alerts you when it’s time to be reminded of an event, task, or other calendar item. These reminders appear onscreen in a small window. You can see how many reminders you have by checking the Office Notifications icon in the Dock.
 
When the Office Notifications reminder window appears, you have three options: Open Item, Snooze, and Dismiss. Choose Snooze to set a new reminder time.
