Adding Pictures and Other Items

You can easily add pictures, movies, and other files to your Entourage email messages. When the recipient receives the message, the file is displayed right in the body of the message (if the recipient’s email program supports Rich Text Format messages).

If the recipient’s email application does not support Rich Text Format, the attachment can be viewed with another application.
