Sending a Worksheet

In addition to printing it, another way to share your Excel spreadsheet is to send it with an email message. If the recipient has Excel (either the Mac or PC version), you can simply attach your document to the message.
 
What if the recipient doesn’t have Excel? One simple solution is to convert your spreadsheet to a PDF file. Mac users and most other computer users can view or print a PDF file. However, they won’t be able to make changes to the document.
