In addition to printing it, another way to share your PowerPoint presentation is to send it with an email message. If the recipient has PowerPoint (either the Mac or PC version), you can simply attach your presentation to the message.
If you want to send the presentation to someone who doesn’t have PowerPoint, you can save it as a PDF file. Mac users and most other computer users can view or print a PDF file. However, they won’t be able to make changes to the document.
Another great way to share your presentation with those who don’t have PowerPoint is to save it as a QuickTime movie. You can even copy the movie to a CD, making it easy to distribute.
