Adding a Contact

One of the benefits of using Microsoft Entourage is that it’s easy to add contact information from your Entourage address book to your Word documents. For example, with just a couple of clicks you can add a contact’s name and address to a letter you’re writing.
 
What if you want to send one document to multiple contacts? When you’re ready to address the document to someone new, you can simply replace one contact with another.
