The district learned its online forms were not working correctly from Jan. 22 - March 8, 2013 so Quyanas submitted were not received. The problem has been fixed and Quyanas are now being received and routed appropriately. We’re sorry we missed the Quyanas sent during that time and encourage you to resubmit yours.
