Birchwood ABC Elementary

AWWU Sewer Project

The Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility's (AWWU) Northern Communities sewer project is designed to hook up Chugiak High and Birchwood Elementary schools to city sewer.  This project will be done over multiple years with the work starting in June 2006.  Over the 2006 summer AWWU will have a contractor at Chugiak High and Birchwood Elementary working on the on-site underground piping.  The campuses have been closed to rental usage during this time. Visit AWWU online for more information about the Northern Communities Project.
