Auditorium/Auditeria Notes
All fees include a 5 percent surcharge. Usage of spaces on Fridays is billed at the weekend rate. All fees include the assistance of one auditorium technician. Each additional technician is billed at $50 per straight time hour on Monday through Thursday. On weekends, each additional technician is billed at $75 per hour.

 

*Operational fees are charged for Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and the use of auditoriums or auditerias.

Papers‌Documentation Requirements

The following documents are required:

  • IRS letter indicating exemption from federal taxes - Form 501(C)3
  • Certificate of Insurance listing ASD as "Additional Insured"
  • List of Board of Directors  (include name, address and phone)

 

Alarm clock‌Cancellations

Written notification must be received 10 or more work days prior to event to receive FULL refund.

 

Changes

Changes requested by the permit holder may be subject to a $10 change fee.
