Fund Raising Activities
Here are our fundraising activities for the year. Any additional ideas are welcome. If you'd like to help with one or more, contact Tom and we'll put you on the volunteer list.
The money raised through these activities goes towards awards, team hats, uniforms, jackets, snacks, shelters, and other items that make the team more fun for the kids. Please go to our Volunteer Opportunities page for more information on how you can help.
November/ December: Holiday Wreath Sales.
This year the Bartlett Ski Team is selling Christmas wreaths to help finance new equipment and other supplies. The team has committed to selling 250 wreaths. If each team member can sell 10-15 wreaths we will make our goal.
These beautiful 24” wreaths, from Silver Mountain Christmas Trees in Oregon, are made from Noble Fir greens and are accented with Cedar and Pine. The team also provides a hand-tied decorative ribbon.
The wreaths will be available for delivery the week after Thanksgiving.

March: Tour of Anchorage Aid Station and Fundraising race.
If there's a station available we may run it on the first Sunday in March.
I'd like to use the new trail system to put on a run/ski duathlon on March 18th, the first Saturday of spring break. It would only take a few hours and could make some fast easy money as the event caught. on.
