Paws to Recycle...
Bear Valley Green Paws is a program at our school which encourages Bear Valley students and their families to prevent waste, participate in recycling, and to improve their environment whenever possible.
The Bear Valley Green Paws are striving to meet the standards of the Green Star organization, a non-profit group that encourages schools, businesses and organizations to practice waste reduction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention. After meeting at least twelve of the eighteen standards, organizations are eligible for the Green Star Award. Bear Valley is working toward meeting twelve of the standards and has submitted an application for the award!
