Has your child (or your
children) ever phoned you at work in the middle of the morning
to tell you about the field trip, which they really never brought
the note home for, but it would break their heart if they didn't
go... Do you remember with whom you spoke?
Are you grateful that
your child (or children) gets charge slips when he or she leaves
their sack lunch at home? Just how does that all work anyway?
When you left that last
school function and it was late-- so late-- you couldn't believe
you missed your favorite shows, but your child was glad you were
there... Remember who you waved good-by to as you walked out
the door (they may have had their heads down cleaning some mess
off of the floor)?
