•Tuesday,      August 7th:   Last names beginning A - L,     9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

•Wednesday, August 8th:   Last names beginning M - Z,    9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

•Wednesday, August 8th:   Last names beginning A - Z,     6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

•Thursday, August 9th:       Make-up,                                   9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

*Families who are our of town on these dates may register at school upon their return.   Students who have not registered will not be placed on a class list.

NEW-TO-DISTRICT STUDENTS (INCLUDING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS) ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION:

•Birth Certificate (copy acceptable)

•Current immunization records

•Physical examination (for kindergarteners)

•Current physical and mailing address and phone numbers of students and parents

•Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts and individuals who may pick up the child from school                                                             

•Name and address of previous school attended

•Copies of legal papers if there is a custody situation
