Esther Petrie To Russia With Love Program:  .  Often referred to as the medical angel, Esther Petrie, an emergency room nurse at Providence Hospital,  packs suitcases to send medical supplies that she collects to people in need all over the world.  She gladly accepts donations of used medical supplies (crutches, splints, bandages, and big, old suitcases and hockey bags to carry them in, etc.) and talks about this program at least once a year at our school giving students and the community the opportunity to gather up such supplies and donate them to those in need.  Donations are gladly accepted year round in Mrs. Ekberg-Brown’s room.  ( recipient of the 2004 School Business Partnership STAR AWARD)
